CORONAVIRUS INFO- the UK is in lockdown mode. Delivery services are still available within the UK. Online businesses are being encouraged to continue so I will carry on posting items out until further notice.
All personal hygiene measures are observed when packaging and posting items from my shop direct however if you are vulnerable and shielding please do follow your own protocol when unpacking and receiving goods from courier.
DELIVERY- Postage and packing are included in the price of your original painting. I use tracked courier service for all items from my shop. Gallery pieces will use their own courier please do contact them for their courier details. Please be aware there may be disruption to the postal service in the coming weeks and postage times are not being guaranteed. We will not be posting abroad at this time but paintings can be reserved and paid for if requested to be couriered at the earliest given opportunity abroad.
I am currently working on several large commission piece but please do contact me if you wish to discuss a further work.
All new works are available unframed pre exhibiting in the gallery if that is your preference. However some existing work have already been professionally framed. This will be stated in the painting details accordingly.
When orders are through my website I will do my best to despatch your order within 3 working days. Obviously due to Covid-19 postage maybe subject to delay please be patient we will email tracking details to you. Were ever possible I reuse canvas delivery Cardboard, recyclable wrapping and more environmentally responsible packaging.
Once your order is despatched you will receive a confirmation email, with tracking details where appropriate. Please refer to these tracking details in the first instance if you haven't received your order.
Please be aware that when your package is delivered you MUST make the postman or delivery courier aware of any damage to the packaging before signing to accept receipt. Failure to do this makes it very hard to submit a claim for damaged items.
Please note that any damage or incorrect orders must be reported within five working days of days of receipt.
Postage insurance will be purchased for all orders order direct from my shop only.
For orders completed through a gallery please contact them for their postage T&Cs.
